Enjoy your mornings on the private balcony as you listen to the waves roll in. You’ll have access to a large oceanfront pool and sun deck, plus convenient under-building parking.
The Space:
Inside, there is a seating area with all the coastal charm you could ask for! You will find a spacious open plan living/dining with seating for 4, a 55" Smart TV, a gorgeous kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and quartz countertops and everything needed to chef delicious meals. The primary suite has a king-size bed and 50" flat screen tv. There are two full baths and 2 additional bedrooms, both containing queen beds. There is a washer/dryer and half bath as well. The best part is you are just steps away from the beach, which you can see from the gorgeous and spacious covered deck! Rest assured this will be the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation you have taken in years filled with memories to be cherished for years to come!
Guest Access:
There is no assigned parking, but there is room for 2-3 cars depending on occupancy. One bay may be used per unit and parking passes are required at all times.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the sought-after Sea Horse building which is just a short walk from Garden City Pier, local restaurants, and shops, this condo is ideal for families, couples, or groups looking to soak up the best of the Grand Strand. Whether you're here for a weekend escape or a longer coastal stay, it's has everything you need to make lasting memories!
Getting Around:
We highly recommend renting one of our gas powered 4 or 6 seater golf carts (more on this after confirmation) for your stay as you can fit it in the garage along with most full sized vehicles.
Other Things to Note:
We provide your linens for all beds in the home as well as bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths for your stay. Additionally, there will be a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, hand and dish soaps and 2 laundry and dish pods. All of this is included with the "cleaning fee".
You will want to bring pool/beach towels for your stay.
