We are sincerely sorry that the outdoor area fell short during your stay, and we want to gently clarify that a severe storm hit the property on the night of your arrival, blowing tree debris across the patio and into the pool. As soon as we were notified, the host personally came to the property to clear all the storm debris, fold and organize the towels, and confirm that the front door access and home amenities were in full working order. We truly appreciate your patience while we addressed these unexpected weather impacts, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

Our team personally inspected the home and pool immediately prior to check-in to ensure our high cleanliness standards were met, and our listing photos accurately reflect the home's layout, room features, and bathroom proportions. Regarding the pool, the heating system was fully active at 82°F upon arrival and was promptly adjusted up to 90°F by our technician, and we were glad to see your group able to enjoy the water during your visit. Additionally, while the smart lock operated smoothly for host and staff access codes, we actively investigated your assigned entry code to ensure reliable backup access was available. We appreciate your feedback as we continually review our property after every checkout to maintain quality, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
