The Space:

Charm House by Tiny Away is located in the serene countryside of Bessé-sur-Braye, less than a 50-minute drive from La Ferté-Bernard, Tours, Le Mans, and Orleans, as well as only 90 minutes from Paris. A charming, tiny house at a captivating riverside camping resort beckons travelers to embrace solitude and spend cherished moments with loved ones.



If you're up for exploring nearby towns, check out Château de Courtanvaux, the closest gem to the tiny house. Discover Le Mans, famed for its historic architecture, and Châteaudun, brimming with medieval charm and cultural richness, both just a short 43-50 minutes away.



Hungry? Try Restaurant Le Safran, just a few steps away, for exotic Indian cuisine and a unique atmosphere.



It's a 252-square-foot tiny home surrounded by trees, with easy access to water, split-air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include a cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the tiny house, along with all other campsite facilities including a swimming pool, tennis court etc.

Getting Around:

By car:



- 2 hr drive to Paris

- 1 hr, 32 mins to Chartes

- 11 mins from Saint-Calais

- 49 mins drive from Le Mans



By public transport: We kindly ask guests to travel by private vehicle or rent a vehicle as there are no public transports directly to our property. Thank you.



Other Things to Note:

- Coffee machines are available in the public area. (not in the tiny house)

- Public swimming pool is available for use (subject to operating hours)

- WiFi is available

- Gas BBQ Grill is available

- Pets are allowed by prior notice

- Breakfast is available at €15 per person.

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- No smoking inside, except in designated areas

- Vodafone and Orange S.A. have good signals and the rest have no signals

- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.



Important note:



- Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
