This home is located near the heart of the family-friendly, beachfront town of Orange Beach, AL. Activities include: charter fishing boats and fishing equipment at nearby Zeke's Landing Marina, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. In addition, there are many places where fur-babies are welcome, including; dog parks and many local restaurants This is your ideal vacation getaway.

The pier is shared with one other house and allows for 2 mid-size boats between 20' - 30' in length. While Kayaks and Paddleboards can launch easily from the dock, boats must use the public launch located at the head of Cotton Bayou.

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in home or on balcony.
3. Dogs up to 25lbs welcome (limit of 2). $250 non-refundable dog fee per animal; pre-registration is required.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Classic house- awesome pier

House was exactly as it looked in pictures and description- classic beach vibe. My husband and I brought 4 college boys and everyone had plenty of space. The covered patio was perfect for getting poles ready to take down to pier for fishing. The outdoor deck had room for sunbathing and reading a book. The pier stole the show- dolphins everyday with a little sandy beach hardly felt the need to go to beach. Crossing the street on foot is not ideal but can drive to public parking in a minute.

Vintage Beach House

WOW! Now I will start with the fact that this house is VINTAGE. But oh my! It is so sweet. First you'll turn down a dirt/gravel dviveway/road! Turning away from the busy life of the condo row! then you'll pull up to a true vintage beach house. Just beyond the house is another home. And a dock on the bay! If you look to the left as you pull in you can see Zeke's Marina. We loved it!

Dunrobin is an extremely filthy and neglected property with bed bugs

The property is an embarrassment to the vrbo system. We arrived to a filthy property is disrepair. Local management told me they would rectify the situation but did nothing. The floors and bathrooms were disgusting and full of long black hair. Most of my party was covered with bites from bed bugs and fleas. Both the condition of the property and filth Are not acceptable for the vebo name. The owner clearly just does not care.

Great place for a family!

We stayed here for my moms 60th birthday, we had a great time! There was 6 adults and it slept all of us comfortably. The table was perfect for everyone to sit and eat at as well. The dock was also so much fun for fishing and hanging out!! The only complaint we had was that the floors were really dirty and it needed a deep cleaning, but for our beach weekend we didn’t mind too much. Having our pups with us was the best part! Would definitely stay here again!!

It was a perfect home away from home. So quite and relaxing

We loved it. Everything was so clean and just the right amount of space. The morning sunrise of the balcony might have been my favorite. Secluded from the noise but yet so close if you're looking for a good time. You'll definitely see us again

Wonderful and relaxing week by the water!

The house was perfect for the four of us and location made it easy to explore and get necessities. We absolutely loved sitting on the dock watching the dolphins. It was awesome to be able to bring our dog along for this family vacation and the property was perfect for him to enjoy with us!

Cute place w a dock!

Loved the property and use of personal dock. Cute place. Clean linens, surface areas were clean. However, the house and decks could use some much needed maintenance, and the whole house needs a thorough DEEP clean. Other than that, my family and I had a wonderful stay. It was a great location and beautiful spot. I do believe I would return, with some sprucing up.

We got to the property at check in time. The cleaners/ owners according to the property managers were staying in the house. They took 25 minutes to pack there stuff and half way pick up. Then we had to call the management company who is not VRBO. An inspection had to take place which lasted an hour. We finally got to unpack while it was still being inspected. The house is a disaster. Showers are falling apart. You can see the ground through the floor boards. Dirt under rugs, beds, and all over back porch. The paneling was falling off the walls. The bees are rock hard. The porch screens are falling out. The doors have hook locks! Ants in kitchen. Big water roaches on back deck at night. Whole house shakes when you walk across the floor, washer runs, or wind blows. No batteries in tv remotes. You could see the ground through the shower drain! The inside furniture is wicker outdoor furniture and is busted. The floor next to the bar is buckled. It was waaaaay over priced compared to previous stays in Orange beach in better quality homes by far for less money. The driveway is rutted. The dock was the only halfway nice feature although it is hard to get time on it since it’s directly behind the cottage behind yours. You have to walk through the neighbors yard. The front deck is splintered and has nails hanging out. I read all the reviews before I rented this place and thought maybe people were just being negative because the were negative people. But I was definitely wrong. The inspector herself said it was a disaster. Wasn’t offered a another place or any kind of refund for the sorry excuse of a vacation home. Don’t waste your time or money here. It was purely fraudulent, misleading, and horrible.

Makeover needed……not as advertised

My family and I was very disappointed in this house for what we paid. This is a 2 star at best place…. The pictures do not tell the whole story with this place., as they obviously took them years ago. The first thing we noticed is a rotten smell around the house when we pulled up. I assumed it was the trash but that wasn’t the case. It was so bad there was no way we could use the grill. It smelled like dead animals. The house is extremely old and not taking care of. There was sand in each of our beds which let me know the sheets were not changed. Rust was coming out each shower and the closet door was falling apart. Some of the patio screens has come apart so mosquitoes were all over the place. Dishes were also not clean . The fishing doc is cool but you have to share it, so good luck coordinating with the house that sits in the back. Lastly, the house felt like it was swaying at times which was concerning.. Needless to say, we will not be coming back to this house again..

Nice clean beach home in convenient location

Very nice beach home with plenty of space, comfy beds and everything was super clean. In a great location near the beach and other sites. Tasty restaurants, beach, stores are all within walking distance. Friendly people nearby. Me and my family had a great time!

Family vacation

House is conveniently located but seems shabby due to peeling paint around windows and in bathrooms. Obvious water damage to ceilings so there is an overall musty smell to the place. Furniture is not very comfortable and beds are a little hard if you’re used to a memory foam bed. Screened porch was the best part of the house. However the screen was ripped down in places, probably due to recent storms, and I reported it to the management company upon arrival. It wasn’t repaired during our stay. Patio furniture was comfortable but peeling paint chips were stuck to our skin, feet, and clothes. Our two dogs did well here. Toilets required a couple of flushes with each use. Overall if this place had some simple maintenance done like new paint on doors and trim, repair water damage correctly, and some furniture upgrades then it would be an excellent place to stay. Pictures are deceiving because there is no hallway so you walk through the single bed bedroom to access to if the other bedrooms so our 18 year old son was not very happy due to his lack of privacy. We enjoyed our vacation but we were disappointed in the condition of the house when compared with the cost.

Family room furniture is uncomfortable and there isn’t enough seating to accommodate guests. House is unstable and sways when people walk/the wind blows. Very unnerving
