Designed with the remote professional or student in mind, both bedrooms offer a peaceful environment for rest and focused work:
✅ Primary Suite: Features a comfortable queen-size bedwith views of the surrounding greenery.
✅ Second Bedroom: Offers a cozy twin bed and a dedicated workspace, ideal for a guest or a secondary home office.
✅ Bathroom: A spa-like experience with a spacious, modern walk-in shower.

Outdoor enthusiasts and commuters will love the location. You are just a 5-minute stroll from major bus routes (including the #26 to UVic) and seconds away from the Galloping Goose trail system for world-class cycling and walking.

Parking: 2 parking spaces are included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle.
Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $390 that will be added at the time of booking. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation, it is still refundable, less a $175 administrative fee, up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel, your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
