We’re delighted that you found the condo clean, enjoyed the peaceful community and convenient transit access, and were able to take advantage of the pool and other wonderful amenities. We’re sorry the bedroom air-conditioning unit felt loud while you were sleeping. The units are new, and some operating sound is unavoidable, although we understand that sensitivity to noise varies from person to person. Our condo is one of the few in the community that offers individual air-conditioning units in each bedroom, in addition to the common area—something that provides much-needed comfort and independent temperature control during Boulder’s unusually hot summer days. We wish you had mentioned the noise when we checked in with you during your stay, as we would have gladly explored whether a different setting might have made you more comfortable. We truly appreciate your stay and your kind comments about the condo and community.
