Gulf Front!! This is a newly updated and renovated corner unit 4 bedroom 3 bath townhouse that sits right on the beach with amazing views.

It sleeps nine very comfortably with a large master suite with king bed and seating area. vaulted ceilings. freshly painted. fully stocked kitchen. A very quiet and uncrowded beach but yet close to amenities. new carpet in master bedroom and recent painting. Outdoor enclosed shower on the bottom deck. There is also a large enclosed 2 car garage on ground level with room for bikes, storage etc... New Ping Pong table in garage. This is our personal vacation home that we occasionally rent out. There are no dingy musty smells common in other rentals. Each bed has a duvet cover that gets washed between guests. Every piece of linen gets washed between guests except for duvet insert. this is bright and airy with expansive views.

Layout configuration: Garage is at sand level. First floor is up one set of stairs where there is the main living room, kitchen, queen bedroom with ensuite bath, and main balcony. up another set of stairs is the second floor where the remaining bedrooms including the master suite are.***refund for hurricanes that require evacuations, and only for those days that you will be displaced. For all other weather related issues the Vrbo cancellation policy will apply.
