Getaway on Galloway is a lovely modern three-bedroom, two-bathroom home, just a short stroll from the shores of Lake Wānaka and the town centre. Tucked away in a peaceful neighbourhood, it’s ideal for families, couples, or small groups seeking a relaxed Wānaka getaway with everything close at hand.
The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge areas create a comfortable and social hub where you can cook, dine, and unwind together. The kitchen is fully equipped with an espresso machine, quality appliances, and everything you need for effortless meals. The cosy lounge features a Smart TV with Chromecast, a Bluetooth music speaker, unlimited Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected and entertained. Outside, enjoy alfresco dining with a gas BBQ for relaxed meals in the fresh alpine air.
The home comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and has everything you need for a stress-free stay. The master bedroom includes a walk-in wardrobe and private ensuite for a restful retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, and the third has two sets of bunk beds, perfect for kids. A portacot is also available on request for families travelling with little ones. The full laundry with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities means you have everything you need. The home is also equipped with a table tennis table, perfect for some friendly competition during your stay.
There are three off-street car parks, including one secure space in the garage. Whether you`re travelling with extra vehicles or sporting gear, there’s plenty of room to accommodate everything. This home is pet friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friends along. Pet fees will apply.
Take a leisurely 10-minute walk to the lakefront, or follow the scenic lakeside trail with a 20-minute stroll into town or a 30-minute walk to Waterfall Creek. Whether you`re here to hike, ski, bike, or simply relax, this modern home offers a comfortable base in an unbeatable location.
