Cosy gîte with tennis court 15 minutes from the sea (Baie du Mont St Michel)

In the heart of Normandy, the Grippon gîte is a family project to renovate a coachman's cottage on a remarkable site that was once home to the seigniorial Château du Grippon (of which unfortunately no trace remains today). Typical of the region, the two houses are built of granite stone from the Chausey Islands.
Completely renovated in 2021, the coachman's house is a welcoming 2-bedroom gite with a large ground-floor layout comprising a living room lit by a large industrial glass roof, a dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is also a bathroom with a corner bath and a utility room. The gîte's bay window opens onto a courtyard shared with a house.
The two bedrooms (with single or double beds on request) are upstairs, as is a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The gîte's private garden (not enclosed, but protected from view by an ancient stone wall) is equipped with a tennis court and a relaxation area with garden furniture and barbecue.
Your hosts will be happy to help you in the house next door if you have any specific needs.
This gîte is not accessible to people with reduced mobility (there are stairs in the house and garden).
