The living-bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double sofa with chaise longue, a dining table with chairs, two beds (0.90 mx 2.0 m), a wardrobe, TV, internet. The electrical appliances in the fitted kitchen include an electric cooker, a microwave, a refrigerator with a three-star freezer, a coffee machine and a kettle. Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, towels, hair dryer.

The apartment is located in a detached two family house. In a 12-minute walk you can reach the historic old town of Neckargemünd with its charming half-timbered houses and restaurants as well as the S-Bahn station and the bus stop: starting points for numerous excursions.
