The outdoor living area has a Weber gas grill, teak dining table w six seats (additional chairs and tables available) , four chairs around gas fire pit.

The best part of the house is that it is located three houses away from a “private” beach, or beach just for this end of the neighborhood (must climb rock hill to access beach). Hear the waves and smell the ocean from anywhere in the house or while relaxing on the back deck. Additionally a 10 minute walk to the main entrance to Minot beach. Dead end street w culd a sack. Great walking neighborhood w views of the ocean and the pond. Stunning sunsets over Musquashcut Pond.
