The chef's kitchen features rare quartzite and dolomite waterfall-edge countertops, hand-poured Italian tile, two full-sized refrigerators, double dishwashers, and high-end appliances including an air fryer, cappuccino machine, crockpot, rice cooker, and more. A dedicated bar area with a beverage cooler and blender allows for effortless entertaining. Guests can dine together at the oversized indoor table, in the cozy breakfast nook, or at one of two outdoor dining areas.

Outside, a massive 40' x 18' pool is the centerpiece of the backyard. Surrounding it, you'll find generous lounge space, a shaded poolside bar and dining area with ceiling fans, a large HDTV, a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, and an adjacent powder room for added convenience. Two outdoor showersone fully enclosedmake it easy to rinse off after beach days. There is also a six-seat golf cart on site that can be rented separately.

Blue Vue is equipped with an elevator for your convenience. Accommodations include two top-floor King Suites, each with luxury bedding, spa-style bathrooms, and walk-in waterfall showers. Two additional King bedrooms with private vanities share a bath, while two bunk rooms feature full-over-queen bunks with additional built-in twin bunks, making them ideal for children or larger groups. All bedrooms are equipped with 50-55 HDTVs, and additional TVs are located in the main living area and the poolside bar.

The spacious driveway offers plenty of parking for multiple vehicles, making it easy for larger groups to come and go throughout their stay. Please note that the garage is reserved for owner use only and is not available for guest parking or storage.
