The guitar on the wall is intentionally decorative and is not intended to be played, which is why it does not include extra strings. We have since remounted the living room mirror and ensured it is securely in place. We also reviewed the soap and shampoo dispensers with our cleaning team and confirmed they are clean and functioning properly. Regarding the beds, comfort is always subjective, and we understand preferences can vary from guest to guest. We appreciate the feedback and will keep it in mind as we continue evaluating the home. As with many frequently booked properties, there are ongoing touch-ups and maintenance throughout the home, and we are continually working to keep everything in good condition for guests.
