✱✱ Please note there is a noise ordinance from 10 PM to 8 AM. No loud talking, music, or other noises audible to neighbors is allowed during these hours. This is strictly enforced and part of our house rules.



✱✱ The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.



✱✱ Miami has a tropical climate, which means insects and small lizards are common. Keeping doors closed helps minimize their presence. While we do our best to reduce contact, spotting one does not constitute grounds for a refund or complaint.



✱✱ Candles are NOT permitted inside the unit at any time.



✱✱ The property owner and HostyMosty are not liable for accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises. By accepting this reservation, guests assume all associated risks.



✱✱ No parties or events of any kind allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property during your stay.



✱✱ Security cameras are located outside the home for guest safety. Tampering, covering, or moving them without consent will result in a $100 fine.

✱✱ One camera faces the front of the house and another the backyard. These are for security only and are not monitored unless needed for an incident review.



✱✱ A government-issued ID is required before check-in and entry instructions will not be released until this is received.

✱✱ Guests must also sign a rental agreement, which can be viewed under House Rules.



✱✱ Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee. Pricing varies based on time requested.
