Highlights include a modern kitchen with dishwasher and De’Longhi coffee machine, two separate living areas for flexible lounging, ducted air-conditioning throughout, all bedrooms with ceiling fans and built-in robes, a convenient shower + toilet in the laundry, and a double garage plus off-street parking. The undercover entertaining area connects the indoors to the outdoors for year-round gatherings and quiet moments alike.
Family friendly and calm by design — this is not a party house. The property is not pet friendly.

Very disappointing
This property was lovely however, for the money we paid to stay here, there were several issues that concerned us. We were disappointed that we had to provide our own sheets, additional toilet paper over the one roll provided, having to provide our own towels, the toaster did not work on one half of the toasting sided, the freezer leaked into the refrigerator and the monitoring of food provided was non existent as the coffee available in the container provided was so stale it had solidified in the bowl. Location was lovely.

We appreciate your feedback and will be sure to pass onto the owner. In regards to the linen - this is noted many times throughout the advertising of the property. I will discuss with the cleaner as more toilet paper should have been left out, we only supply a few complimentary rolls not for guests whole stay. We were not aware of the toaster as no previous guests have mentioned this - we will organise a replacement. and have someone check out the fridge. Once again appreciate your time in leaving a review.

As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.

Enjoy calm swimming beaches and a relaxed coastal culture in this scenic town. Tucked into the northern pocket of Jervis Bay on the NSW South Coast, Callala Bay has a boat ramp and jetty, providing easy access to the clear aqua waters for sailing, fishing and snorkelling. Make sure you keep an eye out for dolphins.
You can learn to sail with Jervis Bay Sailing Club, or go bushwalking and fishing in nearby Jervis Bay National Park. The park is a natural sanctuary of sand forests, eucalypt woodlands and beaches with powder-white sand. It’s also home to abundant wildlife and important Aboriginal cultural conservation sites.
Just south of Callala Bay is gorgeous Callala Beach, which is backed by a reserve with BBQs and picnic tables. At Club Callala enjoy a bite to eat, lawn bowls and a round of golf on the 18-hole course where kangaroos roam. A courtesy bus operates around the local area seven days a week.
Nearby is the village of Myola, located on the banks of Currambene Creek, a popular fishing spot. You can rent a boat from Husky Hire-A-Boat at Woollamia Boat Ramp and explore the pretty waterway. Take the Husky Ferry from Myola to Huskisson, where dolphin and whale-watching cruises depart.
