Beautiful villa with a pool near Villefranche-sur-Saône, 30 minutes north of Lyon.
The villa features 4 bedrooms, 4 double beds, and 1 single bed, as well as 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
On the first floor, you’ll find a kitchen, along with everything you need for a few nights: instant coffee, tea, oils, vinegar, salt, pepper, and household cleaning supplies, as well as one bedroom, one bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a spacious living room.Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
. Outside, there is a table and 8 chairs, as well as an electric grill. There is also a small outdoor seating area with a coffee table and several lounge chairs.
In the living room, there is a large dining table that seats 10 people, 2 sofas, and a 55-inch Samsung TV. There are also TVs in 3 of the bedrooms.
The house is 165 m² on a 1,370 m² lot.
