I offer weekly rentals. Longer periods of time can be reserved and are usually available if I reserve them a year in advance at the Ka'anapali Beach Club. KBC is a ocean front resort featuring 1 bed room villa suites. The resort does have a few 2BR suites that I can give you a quote on. The resort sits directly on world famous Ka'anapali Beach. BBQ grills and picnic tables are located on site.
Offering you the best of both worlds: the comfort and service of a fine hotel combined with the independence and easy living of a condo. In every suite the living room has a full-sized sofa bed and an entertainment center with a large screen TV, and AM/FM radio. The luxury bath includes an over sized soaking tub, separate shower, and his and hers vanities. And the kitchenette is designed for convenience and function with a microwave, sink, dishwasher and refrigerator. Additional suite amenities include two telephones in every suite, and voice messaging. The resort features beautiful tropical gardens, and relaxing waterfalls. And the one-acre pool with water slide is something your whole family is sure to enjoy.

The living area has a full sized sofa bed, and entertainment center with TV, and radio. There is a dining table with chairs. The kitchenette features a snack bar, has a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, sink, and all dishes and utensils.

The large luxury bath features a over sized tub, separate shower, private commode, 2 separate vanities with sinks, and a closet. The bedroom features a king size bed, desk area, and TV.

There are 2 restaurants on site. A shopping center is located 1 block away with a large grocery store, more restaurants, and misc. shops. A bus stop, located at the corner will take you anywhere around the island.

All of our units are managed and maintained by the resort. Terrible - Cockroach Infestation

DON'T STAY HERE. The property is infested with cockroaches and is run down. When we contacted the hosts, Deb and Kevin, they failed to reply although they kept telling VRBO that they would. The hot water stopped working one day and was finally fixed after lying around cold, sandy and dirty from the beach and unable to shower.Quite a bummer for a vacation. Also, there is NO restaurant on site - very limited food available at the hotel, the beach is not visible from the pool, and is very small.

Recommended for families!

The property location is perfect for families! Located directly on the beautiful beach and walking distance to neighboring beachfronts, food trucks, and shopping center. Lovely pool with a waterslide for the kids. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. Our host has great communication and ensured all information provided was correct and check in was streamlined. We are very pleased with our stay and would love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended.

Beautiful location and experience

The owner was very helpful and responsive. It's a timeshare property so the room is variable but the front desk staff was very hospitable in providing choices for our oceanview room. Our view was amazing and the unit was well maintained. The overall property is great, just lacking in dining, entertainment, and happy hour relative to surrounding properties. These along with internet badly in need of an upgrade are the only reasons for dropping this below 5 stars.

Relaxing

We are just wrapping up our trip. The room was clean and a lot bigger than I anticipated. The electric cooker actually worked for just about anything we needed to cook. We were always able to find a chair at the pool. I would come back in a heartbeat, the location is great and the price is lower than some around. The beach is good for swimming. Most of the reef off the beach is dead but you can still find some fish. A tiny walk down the beach will land you in a great area to body surf.

Kaanapali Beach Club did NOT disappoint

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kaanapali Beach Club. The staff there was super friendly and accommodating. At check in I was a little nervous because the front desk didn't have our names listed, and our reservation number wasn't recognized, but that was soon rectified. One other note I might make to anyone staying here would be if you want an ocean view you need to ask or verify. In all fairness I did not ask. I'm not sure if our owners owned other properties or just this particular unit. Which was wonderful. I just assumed from the pictures that we would have an ocean view. Which I would have preferred. These are just small details, but worth asking if it's important to you. That being said the room we stayed in was very clean, very nice size and well equipped. The owner always got back to me very quickly and we appreciate them letting us stay there.

Pre-Covid 19 stay

Place was great except the bed. Bed was so old, soft and lumpy I thought I was ina bad Motel 6. Thankfully the fold out couch was comfortable.

Second time in Maui.. first time to Kaanapali. Our experience was amazing... condo was perfect ... clean, everything we needed and more. Gym was a bonus, and the lattes were divine!! Hope to return very soon!!

Our Week in Paradise

The check in process was seamless, we had a beautiful ocean view as described, the room was clean and perfect for our family. The property managers were great about communicating and timely in their responses. We loved the resort and would definitely stay again.

Everything you need!

My friend and I had a great time at the Kaanapali beach club. The property was clean, great views, huge pool, nice gym and a great location. The room was huge with everything you could need and very quiet too. We would definitely stay there again.

Vacation in Paradise

Deb and Kevin were great communicators. This condo was perfect for our family of four! The view was awesome, even saw some whales from our balcony. Great location. Very clean and comfortable.

Beautiful

This resort is the best. It's so pretty with fantastic views of the ocean. Our unit had a great view and all the amenities needed. Just the right size. Because of flight problems, we needed to stay two additional days and the owner (Kevin) bent over backwards to help us out. The resort is undergoing a renovation of the units and there was more noise than we expected but that's typical of building renovations. We had a great stay and the owners were awesome to work with.

Great Stay For A Great Value!

The Kaanapali Beach Club was a great place to stay for our 5 night vacation. The room was great (we are a young couple) and the view of the ocean was a nice addition. The customer service was also wonderful, as everyone was very helpful and friendly. The one downside was that we could hear our upstairs neighbors walking around occasionally. Overall, the room was great and we enjoyed the property and location.

We love coming back to this place every year.

We have stayed at KBC many times over the last 10 years. It is always nice, clean, and the staff are always extremely helpful and friendly. We were very happy to find a good deal through Deb and Kevin. This resort is great for kids. Which is one of the reasons we stay here. The huge pool and kids center as usual were their highlights. The rooms are quite nice but are being renovated this fall. The beach restoration project is underway so we still had to access the beach at the North end of the property which is perfectly fine. We as always took advantage of the happy hour specials and the convenience of Maui pizza and the breakfast buffet on site.

Great location and view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Self parking was convenient although vallet was available. Just a short walk to a complete grocery store. Dukes Restaurant on the beach just 6 minute walk. Pool area was large and clean with a nice view of the ocean.
