Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We would like to clarify a few points for future guests. Your reservation was made for 6 adults, but you arrived with 6 additional children, resulting in a total of 12 occupants. Our listing clearly states that the maximum occupancy is 6 guests, and we were not informed in advance about the additional children. Having double the permitted occupancy can significantly affect the comfort of the home, including indoor temperature, electrical usage, and overall wear on the property. This likely contributed to the overheating and the electrical breaker tripping when multiple high-powered appliances were used simultaneously. Regarding the cookware, the pots are made of metal and are safe to use. If they have been sitting unused for some time, they should be washed before use to remove any residue that may have accumulated during storage. We inspected them after your stay and confirmed they are not rusty or unsafe. We also checked the bedside lamps, and both were functioning properly. Regarding air conditioning, our listing clearly states the amenities provided. The installation of AC had already been scheduled well in advance of your reservation, but unfortunately it could not be completed before your stay due to the pre-arranged installation timeline. Finally, our property is strictly non-smoking, and we have a no-smoking policy. We were not aware of any cigarette smell during your stay and would have appreciated the opportunity to investigate and address it had it been reported at the time. We always encourage guests to accurately disclose the total number of occupants before arrival so we can ensure the property is prepared appropriately and everyone has a comfortable stay.
