Following the "Aigrettes" and "Roseaux" cottages, this villa, named "Libellule," can accommodate 8 people and is ideal for two couples and their children.
With its two master bedrooms (featuring 180x200 and 160x200 beds) and a children’s bedroom (with two 90x200 children’s bunk beds), it is sure to charm you with its appeal, its decor, and above all, its comfort.
It has a total area of 170 m² with a 70 m² living/dining room!
A spacious, fully equipped kitchen promises delicious meals.

Located in the heart of the Marais region and just 6 km from the beautiful beaches of southern Vendée, you’ll enjoy the tranquility of its superb 120 m² terrace, which features a swimming area with a pool (1.50 m deep) heated from May (weather permitting) through September.
Completely secluded, you can relax on a lounge chair with a mattress or enjoy an aperitif in the outdoor seating area.
The built-in barbecue is perfect for treating the whole family.

The neighborhood is quiet yet close to all amenities, just 5 minutes from La Tranche-sur-Mer or the beaches of Longeville-sur-Mer.

A security deposit of 1,000 euros is required, payable by check upon arrival or in cash for families from abroad, and will be refunded on the day of departure.
