Beach Front Home On Cape San Blas Last Minute Discounts Are Reflected on the Website A $250 credit toward any amount of beach gear is available for this home. When you book Rocco's Retreat, you can now get Beach Gear delivered directly to the home. All you need to do is select your gear, and we'll have it delivered to you the day of your arrival! This offer applies for 3-14 night reservations only. Rocco's Retreat is a newly built, upscale beach front home! This home offers amazing views of the gulf from just about every room in the house. It features all new appliances, and tons of living space and sleeps 10. Private pool can be heated for an additional fee. The first floor has a well appointed gourmet kitchen that is open to the dining area and family room. The screened porch off the family room is great for watching the waves roll in at the end of the day. There is a King bedroom with an ensuite. The second floor has 1 King and a Queen bedroom with full baths. These rooms have beautiful views of the gulf, with a shared balcony. The bunk room is a queen/queen and also has its own en-suite. There is also a washer and dryer on this floor. Please be aware that this home does not allow pets

The ocean view was amazing! It was our first trip staying beachfront and waking up to the view of the ocean without another house in front of you was awesome! The kitchen was really cool and the pool was the BEST! Beds were very clean and so were the bathrooms.

Rocco’s Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very nice, great layout. Nice appliances with separate ice maker which was wonderful. View was amazing. The pool was great with shallow ledge that was wonderful for our 2 y/o granddaughter. Things that were not so positive there was a screened porch which was missing a segment of the screen. The housekeeping crew needs to do a better job. The griddle on the stove was nasty and had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. The rim of the trashcan had also not been cleaned. I would recommend new cookware for the home. High end appliance but the cookware was not good and would recommend additional spatulas.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Rocco's Retreat. We didn't want to leave. Perfect location, elevator is a plus for bringing in luggage. Had a great time!

Spring Break Getaway

This home was absolutely beautiful and comfortable to stay in. The elevator was very helpful, especially for one of my kiddos recovering from knee surgery. Rocco’s Retreat offers the perfect location into town as well as the priceless views.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was excellent for our family with little ones. The pool and proximity to the beach made it so easy to pop back for lunch or naps. The elevator was also a huge convenience for getting things in and out.Our only recommendation would be to add another side rail to the top bunk in the 3rd-floor bunk room. I’m sure older kids or teens have no problem, but for younger ones it would provide extra peace of mind. An awesome future upgrade for families who want everyone close to the master bedroom would be 2 sets of built-in bunks in that room.Overall, an amazing stay — we will absolutely come back!

Very nice houde

This is a very nice home. The showers need to be cleaned a little better, but overall it was clean. I love this area of the Cape!

First time at Cape San Blad

House was amazing. The location was convenient to Port St Joe where we had several good meals. The beach was beautiful. It was too cold to enjoy the pool but it was the perfect size and very clean. I would recommend this house unreservedly.

Amazing home

Great property! Location was great, close to the beach. Home and kitchen well stocked with all your needs. Check in says 4, but management says 4-5:30, and they text you when it is ready. Ours was ready by 4:15. Check in process and check out was great.

Having a heated pool in the winter and a fire pit at night. You can also ride horseback on the beach and have a fire on the beach! We also didn’t have to pack any beach chairs, umbrella or carts because they have it all provided!! Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with our family!

Perfect wknd getaway!

Booking, check-in, communication, arrival and checkout all flawless. Bikes were delivered to the home before we arrived and were a great addition for morning & nightly rides. Recommend the boardwalk trail to the marsh on the bike ride! House was just as described, absolutely breathtaking views, perfect separate areas to sit and relax. Screened in porch was perfect for Bfast, lunch and relaxing at nights!! We didn’t use the fire pit but it’s a great addition. BBQ down the street was excellent! Port St Joe for lunch at Peppers. Dinner at Brickwall. Both had great food & service. If you want a true Florida get away to relax this is the place for you!!

Family Getaway

Overall the property was great. However a patio dining table and chairs would have suited us a little better than just lounge chairs as we could have had meals and played cards on the patio if that had been there. We did have one issue with the 3rd level not being screened in as a Bat entered one of the rooms when a door was left open for a brief period. Luckily we were able to get it out rather easily but he was a frequent visitor to that 3rd floor balcony throughout the rest of the stay.
