• Front Door Key code: To be provided to guests upon arrival
• Physical Keys for Front door and Bedroom will be provided for additional convenience
• Access to common areas will be clearly marked. If there is any inadvertent confusion, please reach out to us
• Units are fully furnished (including bathroom). We encourage a walk-through of the premises with you at your convenience.


1. Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in: 4:00 PM or later
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged but subject to availability and upon request and approval.

2. Maximum Occupancy
• Maximum guests: 2
• No unregistered guests or visitors allowed without prior approval.

3. Quiet Hours
• 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

4. Smoking & Vaping
• Strictly NO smoking including recreational drugs or vaping on property

5. Pets
• No Pets allowed on property

6. Parties & Events
• No parties or events on property

7. Parking
• Designated parking spaces are available on-site. Plug-ins are available for extra cost. Please inform us ahead of time to accommodate you to the best of our ability
• Please do not block driveways or neighboring properties.
• Plug in available for $10/day

8. Kitchen & Laundry Use
• Feel free to use the kitchen, but please clean up after yourself.
• Do not leave dirty dishes or food out overnight.
• Laundry Washer and Dryer services are available at $5 per use per appliance.

9. Garbage & Recycling
• Dispose of garbage in the provided grey bins outside.

10. Safety
• No open flames (candles, etc.) indoors.
• Ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.
Temperatures in Yellowknife can fall below zero Celsius between Oct and April and for security and safety reasons, please ensure that the front and real entrance doors are closed appropriately.
• Front Door Entrance is monitored internally via security Camera
• Please ensure that all keys are left at the entrance prior to departure, extra fees may apply for lost keys.
• Report any damage or safety issues immediately.

11. Internet & Technology
• Wi-Fi is provided for guest use. Details to be provided to guests upon arrival
• No illegal downloads or streaming of prohibited content.

12. Damage & Breakage
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay
• Report any accidents or breakages promptly

13. Local Wildlife & Environment
• Yellowknife is in a northern environment; please do not feed wildlife
• Keep doors closed to prevent insects or animals from entering

15. Additional Notes
• Respect the property and neighborhood. Please note that we have pets on premise. This is an adult only property, we are unable to accommodate guests with children (below age 18).

• Failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges or cancellation of stay.
