We are close to ETSU, parks, lakes, restaurants, Asheville, Grandfather Mountain, rafting, hiking on the Appalachian , biking on the Creeper Trail, and so much more! Great for families, love birds, traveling nurses and other business travelers, or just those looking to get away. With 360 views of nature and proximity to revitalized downtown Bristol, you have the best of both worlds. NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy free due to owner's family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like. This poses a severe health hazard to host's family members and therefore there are no exceptions to this rule.

Other things to note
All linens are provided. There is a coin washer and dryer on premises. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need for preparing a meal. Things included in your stay will be 2 trash bags, a spare roll of paper towels, and whatever is on the roll, a spare roll of toilet paper in each restroom, and whatever is on the roll, dishwashing tablets sufficient for your stay, a hotel size supply of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. Items not included are laundry detergent as we are wary of allergies
