KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- microwave
- toaster
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room features a SONY 49" Smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube, and other online streaming platform subscriptions, so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. The Laundry area is located in the second bathroom.
PARKING:
The property includes onsite parking with 2 dedicated car space, and a free 2-hour street parking on Eyre Street and Painters Way Street.

You will have access to the common garden located on level 1.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners.
