As a guest at Skyline Suites, you’ll also have access to the resort-style building amenities, including the gym, indoor spas, lagoon pool, lap pool, sauna, and tranquil yoga studio — perfect for unwinding or staying active during your visit — please note, an induction is required to use these facilities, and this is is held every day at 7PM (except Saturdays, where it is held at 8AM).

Plus, with tram routes, bus stops, and train stations nearby, getting around Melbourne is a breeze—whether you prefer to walk or take public transport.

Long Stays:

For reservations of 14 nights or longer, we recommend scheduling a mid-stay cleaning service to keep your space fresh and comfortable. You may opt for a Refresh & Restock and Full Clean for $250. For extended stays, cleaning services will be customised to ensure our team can periodically maintain, clean, and inspect the apartment, keeping it in excellent condition throughout your visit.

By confirming your booking, you agree to comply with all house rules outlined below. Any violations may result in additional fees, cancellation, or immediate termination of your reservation.

We kindly ask that you review the house rules carefully before confirming your stay and adhere to them throughout. Please note that parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will lead to eviction and charges for any damages or extra cleaning required. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Please respect the property and treat it with care. Damage, negligence, or misuse may result in additional charges.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere in the building. These activities trigger sensitive smoke alarms, potentially causing false alarms and a costly call-out fee between $5,000 and $7,500, which will be charged to the responsible guest.

Parties, events, and loud music are not allowed under any circumstances. Violations may lead to penalties and immediate removal from the property without refund.

Pets are only permitted if explicitly approved in writing prior to your stay. Unauthorized pets will incur additional cleaning fees and penalties.

Please help us maintain a clean environment. Although professional cleaning is included after each stay, excessive mess or failure to keep reasonable cleanliness may result in extra cleaning charges.

Lost keys will incur a minimum $300 replacement fee to cover locksmith and lock replacement costs if necessary.

Early check-in and late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to host approval and availability. Additional fees may apply.

We offer 24/7 flexible check-in and check-out for your convenience.

Any damage or breakages during your stay will be assessed, and costs for repair or replacement will be charged accordingly.

Mail and package deliveries are not permitted at the property. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or undelivered items.

The building may undergo fire testing at any time as required by periodic maintenance protocols.

In rare situations, such as severe weather, the key collection point may be closed. If this occurs, please contact your host and an alternative arrangement will be made.
