Located on Market St and close to monument circle/convention center/Lucas Oil, you won’t find a better spot. We can’t wait to host you and our 24/7 customer service will be available by text, email, or phone!



The Space:

Our spacious one bedroom apartment features inviting living areas, fully-equipped kitchens, and bathrooms complete with toiletries. Building amenities include a large outdoor pool and sundeck, fitness center, grilling area and fireplace, and bike storage.

We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the apartment throughout their stay. Please note that amenities are available at the property's discretion. We are unable to process refunds if an amenity is closed during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

In the heart of the Market East District, you'll have everything at your fingertips.The Indy Cultural Trail, a world-class urban bike and pedestrian path that connects unique neighborhoods, cultural districts, and entertainment is just a short walk away. You are also just steps from Whole Foods, so you can take advantage of our full kitchens.

Old National Centre - 0.3 miles miles

Phoenix Theatre - 0.5 miles

Saint Mary's Catholic Church - 0.5 miles



Getting Around:

A car isn’t necessary to explore the area. Find restaurants, entertainment, and activities within walking distance. There are also Lime and Bird electric scooters in the area available for rent.



Other Things to Note:

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.



To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.
