The "Ram de Mar" villa with its unique location integrated into the slope of the Font de Sa Cala, fascinates with its wonderful sea view. The villa has 450m2 of habitable surface, spread over 4 bedrooms and a studio. Refresh yourself in its 11m x 5.50m pool with sea views or relax on one of its comfortable loungers while sunbathing. Generously distributed over several levels, you will find comfort in this house for 10 people.



The exterior equipped with high-quality furniture, the pool chill-out area makes this villa unique. Enjoy your vacation in this house especially in the outdoor covered area with dining table, barbecue shed and ping pong.



Find inside various areas for your rest, satellite TV in the living room. Modern kitchen completely renovated with all the necessary amenities during your stay. Common areas where you can eat or have breakfast. Two bathrooms with bathtub and two other bathrooms with shower are available. One of the rooms has a King Size bed, another with a double bed, and the other two with two single beds each. The main bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. Another air conditioning in the hallway cools three other bedrooms when the doors are open. Enough fans are available. From some of the rooms you can enjoy a terrace with sea views.



The villa is especially suitable for enjoying a vacation with family or friends, pool, beach, and mountain plans.

We had an amazing time

The place isn’t perfect but it has a lot of charm and lots to discover in the many areas around the premises. Great for large familytwo families. Car is recommended as the area is a bit remote. Would have been nice if there were a bottle of watersome light snacks for late arrivals. Just constructive inputs. We had an amazing time and kids had a blast in the pool despite the questionable weather 😋

Misleading View and Not Ready for Guest Arrival

Overall, the property itself is a gem. We had anticipated taking pictures from the property for our Christmas cards this coming year, but unfortunately that was not the case. The property directly in front of the pool, had a huge crane providing a eyesore to the beautiful Mediterranean view. This was never disclosed to us. That was quite disappointing. In addition, we were to arrive promptly at 4 pm for our check-in. When we arrived, the house was not even close to being cleaned and ready for us. We were asked to come back in an hour. We left, went to the store for some groceries, and returned by 5. The house still was not ready. Needless to say, this was not acceptable. We attempted to get a portion of our money credited, but the management would not even consider it. A good part of our evening was spent waiting for the house to be ready, trying to negotiate with the management company, and just trying to get settled. Steps were also an issue. If anyone travelling has an issue in navigating steps, this is a challenge. Probably at least 20-25 steps up to the main living area. This is quite a challenge when lugging heavy luggage and groceries. Also, the main bedroom on the very top floor does not have a bathroom on the same floor. Must go down about 10 stairs to get to a bathroom. This bathroom had a bathtub, but no shower. The main bedroom area where there were three bedrooms with accompanying bathrooms and showers could all be closed off and air conditioned. There was an additional apartment-style bedroom apart from the main living area on a lower floor including bathroom, shower, and small refrigerator. This area was also not air conditioned. Regardless of all of this, we were in Mallorca. A beautiful setting despite all of the problems with this rental. I will return to the island again, but would probably not stay at this location.

Eine wunderschöne Finca mit traumhaftem Blick und Privatsphäre für alle

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben die Lage und super Ausstattung der Finca sehr genossen.Service war absolut top. Grillen und Pizzaofen kann man sehr gut und Danke für den tollen Obstkorb und das Bierfass frisch gekühlt und angeschlossen.Ich war schon das zweite Mal dort und wahrscheinlich nocht das Letzte

Ein paar kleinere Details des Hauses könnten mal wieder aufgearbeitet und erneuert werden. Ansonsten sehr sauber, gute Kommunikation und tolles Personal.

Sehr schöner und geflegter Pool ! Pizzaofen und Aussengrill könnten ein bisschen aufgehübschg werden ! Zu wenig Geschirr für 10 Personen, Kaffeemaschinen stark erneuerungswürdig, Fernseher hat Probleme mit der Lautstärkenregelung ! Tolle Lage mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer und den Sonnenaufgang ! Vielen Dank für den bereits eingedeckten abendlich und den üppigen Obstkorb !

Top Lage mit Baustelle vor der Nase

Alles in allem war es so wie erwartet. Leider gibt es eine große Baustelle direkt gegenüber. Welche die Sicht aufs Meer beeinträchtigt und auch störend wegen des Lärms ist. Ein großer Kran, Presslufthammer, Betonmischer und so weiter. Die Lage und das Objekt an sich sind extrem gut gelegen und luxuriös. Allerdings hatten wir viele Kellerasseln und Mücken. Außerdem könnte man ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen durchführen lassen. Die Kommunikation und die Betreuung waren problemlos und jederzeit zu erreichen. Der Pool und die Aufteilung des ganzen Komplex es macht es wiederum einzigartig.

Schönes Haus mit Abstrichen

Das Haus ist super und hat einen tollen Außenbereich. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super. Der nächste Strand ist fussläufig zu erreichen. An einer Tür ist der Griff abgebrochen, so dass diese nicht zu schließen war. Dieser Mangel wurde sehr schnell behoben. Leider ist die Baustelle immer noch da. Der Baulärm war allerdings nicht störend nur der Kran, der die tolle Meersicht verschandelt hat. Die Küchenausstattung ist was Teller und Gläser betrifft hervorragend. Allerdings fehlten Schneidebretter und adäquate Töpfe und Pfannen für 10 Personen sowie scharfe Schneidemesser. Was das Kochen nicht immer zu einer Freude machte. Ebenfalls wäre ein zweiter Schlüssel sehr sinnvoll, insbesondere wenn man mit 10 Personen im Haus ist. Das WLAN ging im Außenbereich nur schlecht.

Hält leider nicht, was es verspricht

Auf den Bildern sieht es nach einer tollen Finca mit einer traumhaften Aussicht aus. Leider wurde diese Aussicht durch einen Baustellenkran ziemlich getrübt. Denn auf der anderen Straßenseite entsteht ein relativ großer Neubau. Dazu kam ständiger Baulärm. Von morgens 7:30 Uhr bis 18:30 Uhr am Abend. Wir waren froh, wenn gegen 13:00 Uhr die Bauarbeiten für eine Stunde ruhten. Denn dann hatten wir auch Ruhe. Die Finca selber ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Einfach und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Es wäre schön, wenn alle sanitären Bereiche eine Dusche ohne Duschvorhänge hätten. Der Bereich um den Pool bzw. die Grünanlagen waren nicht sehr gepflegt. Die Gartendusche defekt und die oberen Terrassen luden nicht zum Verweilen ein. Der Reinigungsservice war grandios. Die Damen waren sehr nett, sehr gründlich und sauber. Ebenso der Poolservice. Wobei die Poolreinigung einmal die Woche etwas wenig ist.

Spektakulär

Was für ein Traumhaus! Wir hatten hier einen phantastischen Urlaub! Der Blick auf´s Meer ist spektakulär! Es gibt eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche im Haus und zusätzlich einen großen Aussengrill, den wir sehr gerne und viel benutzen. Außerdem schöne bis luxuriöse Badezimmer und gute Betten (ordentliche Matratzen). Sofort wieder!

Urlaub mit Wohlfühlambiente

Es handelt sich um ein gemütliches Haus in absolut schöner Lage (mit atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer). Wir waren mit 10 Personen hier und hatten mehr als ausreichend Platz. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir das Haus blitzblank geputzt vor. Auch der Pool war so präpariert, dass wir ihn sofort benutzen konnten. Um auszugehen sind wir ein paar Mal nach Cala Ratjada gefahren – mit dem Auto eine schnelle Sachen, wenn man das Bedürfnis nach etwas mehr Trubel verspürt. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt und würden den Urlaub hier gerne im nächsten Jahr wiederholen.

großartig!

Es war schon unser zweiter Urlaub in dieser traumhaften Villa und bestimmt nicht der letzte. Diesmal waren wir sogar mit 12 Personen angereist und fühlten uns dank der Geräumigkeit des Hauses nie beengt. Der Komfort, die Sauberkeit und vor allem die atemberaubende Lage sind einfach unschlagbar. Auch Buchung, Kommunikation und Wegbeschreibung sind ausgezeichnet. Ich kann diese Finca mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Der einzige Nachteil bei solch guten Kritiken ist, daß das Haus dann nächstes Jahr vielleicht nicht mehr frei ist ;-)
