The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware and utensils, making it easy to prepare breakfast before heading to the parks or enjoy meals at home. A washer and dryer are also available for added convenience during longer stays.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds, ideal for children, friends, or family members. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space when needed.

Guests can also enjoy Tuscana Resort's shared amenities, including a large resort-style pool, heated pool, children's pool and splash area, hot tub, fitness center, playground, BBQ and picnic area, giant chessboard, and business center.

The starter kit is intended for your arrival and does not include supplies for the entire stay. Guests are welcome to bring or purchase any additional items they may need.
Linens & Towels
Bed linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Guests are responsible for washing them as needed during their stay, and a washer and dryer are available in the condo.
Each guest is provided with one bath towel and one hand towel. Please note that washcloths are not provided, as they are considered personal items.

Rules & Guidelines for Your Stay
PARTIES & EVENTS: Parties, events, and loud activities are not permitted. Unauthorized gatherings that result in additional cleaning may incur extra charges. Guests must also comply with community rules and local noise ordinances.
SMOKING & DRUGS: Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Illegal drugs are not permitted inside the property or within the community.
NOISE & DISTURBANCES: Please be respectful of neighbors and keep indoor and outdoor noise at a reasonable level. Noise that interferes with the quiet enjoyment of neighboring properties is not permitted, regardless of the time of day.
PERMITTED VEHICLES: The resort does not permit commercial vehicles, U-Hauls or moving trucks, trailers, RVs, buses, or oversized vehicles. Only standard non-commercial passenger vehicles are permitted.
