If you're craving a little friendly competition, this home also features a converted garage game room with a Ping-Pong table, foosball, and a small pool table. Out back, the fun really begins in the screened lanai containing a shaded and furnished patio and a sparkling, private pool with optional heat (for an additional fee). For sleeping options, this home offers four comfortable bedrooms including a main room with an en suite bathroom and private access out to the patio.

Some homes offer additional optional services. Fees apply only if the home is equipped with the amenity and the service is requested. If an amenity is not available at the home, the fee does not apply.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Available upon request and subject to availability.
Hot Tub: $15 per night, capped at $300 per stay (only for homes with a hot tub).
BBQ Grill: $75 per stay plus applicable taxes (only for homes with a grill).
Private pool. The pool can be heated upon request! 24 hours notice is required, the pool must be heated for three days minimum, and a pool heat fee must be paid prior to check-in. (heating for an additional cost of $50 USD + tax per day) (only for homes with a heated pool option).
Pet Fee: $150 per pet, per stay (only for pet-friendly homes).
