📍 Ideal location: On the 3rd and top floor of a small building typical of the historic district, just steps from Sainte-Catherine Church, the port, restaurants, bars, and museums. Everything is within walking distance!
🚗 Easy parking: Naturospace car park only 600 m away.

🌞 Please note: since the apartment is under the roof, it can get warmer during hot weather, even though there is a fan and you can create cross-ventilation because of its layout.
The apartment has blackout blinds on all the windows but no shutters or electric blinds. Some light may come in at the sides of the windows, especially if you are very sensitive to total darkness.
