Sunshine Villa - Home from Home

Our luxury villa enjoys a quiet position on a residential estate. It can accommodate up to six people, with three bedrooms, and two separate sittings rooms.

The large kidney-shaped pool and spacious sundeck has a private and secluded outlook, bathed in sunshine throughout the day. The pool is heated by solar panels, can be floodlit at night, has an ornamental fountain and poolside shower. It is extensively equipped with outdoor furniture for sunbathing and alfresco dining. There is no barbeque available and should you wish to purchase or bring one please note it can only be set up outside the
pool cage to protect the pool area floor.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and is equipped with a remote controlled television and telephone. The en-suite bathroom has a family size tub with Jacuzzi, large separate shower and two vanity units.

Bedroom two is fitted with a queen size bed and bedroom three is fitted with twin beds. Both have televisions and are served by the family bathroom. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and the villa is fully air-conditioned. Please note that tvs in all bedrooms are not on the cable system. If you wish to use them you are welcome to bring your own chromecast or similar.

The formal dining room can seat six people comfortably. The main lounge is well equipped with sofas and wall mounted TV, sound system and DVD. It also has a breakfast nook. Cable TV, telephone for local calls and Wi-Fi are all available. The family room has a screened office space with two sofas.

The large open kitchen is fully equipped with a hob and double oven, over-sized fridge-freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and a telephone. A separate utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.

The property is professionally managed by our local agent, who ensures that the villa, the pool and the gardens are kept in immaculate condition. Please note that no smoking is allowed within the property. Smoking is allowed in the pool deck only.

The home was exactly like description and photos on listing. Beautiful and well maintained. The neighborhood was easy to navigate and well keep and quiet.The homes pool and backyard were beautiful and felt really comfortable.Everything you would need to be comfortable was provided by owner. Everything you would need to have in your own home was provided, along with providing games, puzzles, books and other outdoor supplies.One issue we had was thermostat is controlled by host, it was really hot in July and August and it made nighttime temperatures very warm. Host provided a floor fan. That was the only issue, everyone’s level of temperature comfort is different. The home was fantastic and spacious great space for a 30 day stay. We would love to rebook it the home in the future and definitely recommend the home. Location made it easy go navigate around Pasco County and get to interstate.Thank you

The reason for the thermostat being locked is to protect the unit from freezing. If you choose to visit again please ask for the thermostat to be lowered during the night time hours. I can do this safely and this might have made things a bit more comfortable for you. I look forward to hearing from you in the future

Absolute gorgeous home with every amenity, made us feel at home. Spent everyday enjoying the beautiful pool. The property is so welcoming wishing my stay was longer.

Thank you for the review. Sorry you found the pool cold but at this time of year the solar cover is needed to hold the heat overnight. In the warmer months the cover is stored away as it is not required until late November until early April. Regards. Liz.

beautiful place

We had a good time staying here house was large and we all had alot of room. had to ask neighbors when recycling was no info in the book about it garbage can would open anytime you walked past that was weird didn't see anything about pool heat on listing because we would have used it because pool took a long time to heat up all and all we would stay again we had a nice time

Thank you for your review. In the notes I sent you there was reference to the additional cost if you required the electric pool heater to be switched on. It's a shame you didn't call Stephanie as she would have arranged that for you. We do not leave access details for recycling as it is only collected twice a month which is not suitable for visitors on a short time basis. Again, Stephanie would have explained this to you. I am sure there is a notice in the garage explaining this. If was not then I apologise and will make sure it is replaced immediately for future visitors. Regards. Liz.

Another amazing experience.

Beautiful, very clean and very well equipped vacation house located in the quiet and friendly neighborhood. We basically spent hours each day in the swimming pool. Water was so warm and clean. That was our second time in a row over there and we'll definitely go there again! Thank You!

Family getaway

My family and I enjoyed a relaxing week at this spacious and well maintained property tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. It truly was a hidden gem for our vacation! All of the beds were quite comfortable, the updated kitchen is very nice, and the pool was the perfect temperature for relief from the heat on the hot days!The host is very communicative and provides a thorough list of instructions and helpful information to make all aspects of your stay as easy as possible. Despite a time difference, the host was readily available and responded promptly to any and all correspondence. We would love to stay here in the future for a longer visit and will be saving this location for the future!

Another amazing Family Vacation.

As every year since the last few years this beautiful house didn't disappoint at all. We love all the upgrades were done to the house... Especially the kitchen! That was a big WOW when we opened up the door! The whole Family enjoyed the house and my retired Parents from Poland were so impressed with everything. Thank You so much for having Us... And we'll be there next year too!

Great villa in a very nice, quiet neighbourhood

Nicely laid out and well cared for. Pool excellent and solar heating made swimming a delight. Well equipped throughout. Two small issues - a/c in master bedroom seemed less efficient than the rest of the villa; the kitchen does need an update as one cupboard door fell off! Overall very happy with the villa.

Beautiful house in a lovely location

The house was lovely and clean and welcoming on arrival. The house is spacious and well equipped with everything you may need. A Publix supermarket is located not far away and a bigger Walmart and restaurants are a short drive away. The pool area is lovely and there are lots of inflatables and sun beds, chairs etc. It was easy to get in touch with Liz while we were away and any questions we had she answered speedily and was very helpful after I broke my wrist. I would totally recommend this house for a stay with family or friends in a lovely quiet neighbourhood.

Loved the house .would like to come back

The pool enclosure did have a small tear in the bottom screen which almost allowed a small snake in. Nothing we couldnt handle..oh your big coffee pot on the counter does not work

Fairway Oaks Hudson

The rental home was beautiful, clean, spacious just as advertised. What a wonderful space with very large Master suite, office area and living space. Very bright with multiple glass doors overlooking the delightful pool. Liz was more than accommodating to our needs. We had a wonderful time. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the folks we did meet were very nice. The Hudson area is a nice (not crowded) area with Gulf access and shopping/dining very close by. Hoping we can make a return trip sometime soon.

Peaceful Getaway

The property was very nice and well maintained. Not to far from the beach. Love the pool and patio area. The master bedroom was especially nice and the jacuzzi was relaxing and a wonderful addition to have in the room. All the beds were comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. The rules and regulations were excessive but I can understand the concepts of it. It made you feel like you were walking on eggshells the entire time. But definitely a beautiful home. Would highly recommend the property.

Don’t pass this up

This house is lovely! It is exceptionally clean and well maintained. It was just the right size for our young family of 4. The kitchen had every dish, pot, pan, small appliance and utensil we could have needed and then some. There were plenty of quality linens for all of us including beach towels! The pool was a dream! It was crystal clear and oh so warm! The location was perfect for us! Close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and our family! The neighborhood was mildly active with people walking their pets and kids playing during the day, and serenely quiet in the evening. We absolutely will be staying here again!!

Relaxing

This is one of the nicer homes we've stayed in. We always try to treat the rentals as if it was our own. It was very well stocked except I would have liked to grill some Hot dogs or something on July 4th. I definitely can understand not having a grill after seeing the condition of grills in other houses. Some of them are fire traps because they haven't been cleaned. Definitely can't take off points for an overall smart choice. The house was like home.

Thank you so much for your kind words. I would love to give a barbecue service and there used to be a company we could rent from when visitors wanted to pay for the service. They are no longer available. I will keep looking for an option in the future.

Beautiful home

First of all, it's a beautiful home with a nice pool. However, it should be mentioned in the listing that the AC is locked at 75F. It was really hot in the home. Also, there should be facecloths and hand towels, not just bath towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen was really well equipped but no dish cloths to wash the dishes. Also, we only learned that the televisions in the bedrooms had no cable a couple days before we got there. It would have been nice to know this before as we were already on our way when we learned this and would have brought our Roku had we known.

I thank you for your feedback. Firstly I'm sorry you found the house too hot. The AC is locked at 75 to protect the ac unit from freezing. The 75 is a recommended setting by the contractors. It is not often that the setting is mentioned in any feed back and when we live there 6 months of the year we find it perfectly acceptable. I wish you had contacted me during your stay and I could have arranged a change in the overnight night settings for a few hours to see if that would have helped you. There is a hand towel for each set of towels in the Master bedroom and the smaller towels were in the twin room cupboard so I am not sure why you have said there are none. I do not supply face cloths and do not mention them in my listing purely because I feel this is a personal item. You mention cloths in the kitchen but I left you a new sponge and scourer in the mug by the sink for washing pots and dishes and there were spares in the utility cupboard. The notes I sent you the week before your arrival did explain the situation with the cable TV I will make a point of putting this info on the website listing so it can be seen by interested visitors at time of booking. Fairway Oaks in Hudson is a beautiful estate, deed restricted, and our home is in a quiet area. The pool is secluded, situated to take advantage of the sun all day long. It is not far from the coast with Hudson being a favourite place for many to watch the sunset.

It is always in immaculate condition. Every winter we spend time updating the house or giving a bedroom or two a new look. The maintenance of the house is very important yo us. Well situated for all sports and the estate has a walking trek around the estate.
