Slow down, settle in, and feel right at home. **this unit is in the lower level of a residential home. There is no oven, but there is an air fryer, toaster, microwave and hot plate for your cooking needs**. Private 2 bedroom, 1 full bathroom lower level of a residential home. Suite has a kitchenette and washer/dryer in unit. Full access to backyard. Located in an exceptionally quiet residential neighbourhood. We ask that guests enjoy the outdoor areas quietly and avoid loud conversations, music, or other noise that may disturb our neighbours. Approx. 15 minute drive to downtown Victoria.

Quiet hours are 24 hours a day with extreme quiet hours from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM. No hot tub use past 9:00 PM permitted for respect of neighbours.

This rental is located in the basement of the house - guests have the entire basement of the home with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, completely private, and a private entrance as well.

Guests have complete access to the patio area with the hot tub - it is not a shared space.

We live in the upper part of the house. The driveway is shared, so you may see us then. There is 1 designated parking spot on the left side of the driveway for our guests. Tea, coffee, and food items such as bread, jam, butter and frozen packaged items will be provided and kept in the freezer for reheating in the microwave or air fryer.
