Located in Est Calo, in the heart of a pine forest and just a few minutes’ walk from the sea, Casa Uno can VERY comfortably accommodate 8–9 people. It features 2 master suites (queen-size beds + bathroom + toilet + air conditioning) and 2 bedrooms with single beds and fans.

Designed by architect Paolo Rizzatto, this 300 m² finca features spacious and thoughtfully designed common areas, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The house was designed for indoor-outdoor living: moving between spaces is very easy. Its natural ventilation system, thanks to openwork wooden doors, keeps it cool and airy even in the height of summer.

You’ll love the huge shared bathroom that opens directly onto the outdoors, allowing you to shower when you come back from the beach without tracking sand all over the house :)

A fully equipped outdoor kitchen (gas grill, stovetop burners, and dishwasher) lets you make the most of the main terrace, which offers a lovely view of the pool, the sea, and the pétanque court. A second terrace with a sea view lets you enjoy your morning coffee in complete tranquility or have an aperitif while watching the sunset over the sea.

A washing machine is available in the laundry room. An XXL clothesline is provided for laundry and beach towels.

A supermarket with high-quality products (vegetables, meats, beer, champagne, etc.) is a 5-minute walk from the villa. There are also some nice little restaurants within walking distance.

PLEASE NOTE: The two master bedrooms are upstairs, and you must use steep stairs—please be careful with young children. For the same reason, the villa is unfortunately not accessible to people with limited mobility :(<br>The pool does not have an alarm—please be careful with young children.<br><br>IMPORTANT: <br>1. Water is precious, especially in Formentera, where there is a shortage during the summer: please conserve it :) <br>2. If there are more than 8 of you, please contact me before making an instant reservation. <br>3. Do NOT flush ANYTHING down the toilet except toilet paper. The system is natural and cannot handle tampons, sanitary pads, or diapers.<br>4. Use of the charcoal grill is prohibited starting in May.
