✔️ We invite you to come and discover our charming and spacious cottage La Grange de Germaine, in granite stone, classified 3* furnished tourist accommodation.

✔️Fully equipped, it can accommodate up to 6 people, for holidays with family or friends.
Located at an altitude of more than 1000m, 15 minutes from the A75 in the town of St Denis en Margeride in a small hamlet that is more peaceful.

Located 2 hours north of Montpellier and 1h30 south of Clermont Ferrand.

✔️Ideally located for sports enthusiasts, many hiking, mountain biking and electric mountain biking (rental). 🚴
10 minutes from the resort of Les Bouviers (ski 🎿 resort, snowshoeing in winter, sledging and dog sledding), nature resort in summer...
For animal lovers, you can visit the European Bison 🦬 Reserve, by horse-drawn carriage or sleigh in winter and the Gévaudan 🐺🐾 Wolf Park.
For lovers of panorama, you can access the thing of Fortunio, lake of Charpal. Then, visit the Village of Malzieu.

In summer, swimming in the river or lakes... 🏊but also mushroom 🍄 picking (porcini mushrooms and chanterelles) and fishing.

✔️This accommodation offers an area of approximately 75m2 on 2 levels. It is composed of:
- A large living room of more than 35m2, warm, spacious and bright which includes a large fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that can accommodate 6 to 8 people.
A lounge area with a 140 cm sofa bed, 102 cm flat screen TV, DVD players, USB Bluetooth CD radio.

This large room opens onto a 15m2 terrace, intimate and not overlooked. Equipped with garden furniture, parasol, 3 sunbeds, barbecue depending on the season.
Private garden.

Then, from a sleeping area:
Two large bedrooms of 13m2, each with a 140x190 bed, with large built-in cupboards.
The first bedroom is equipped with an office area.
Cool rooms in the summer.

A spacious shower room. Separate toilet with washbasin.

✔️A few clarifications:
- Linen is not provided: sheets, towels and dish towels... (offered for rent see below),
- Free car parking in front of the cottage,
- Non-smoking accommodation,
- Our animal friends are not accepted,
- Cleaning is carried out between each tenant, but we ask you to take care of the accommodation and make it as clean as when you arrived (cleaning products provided),
- Electric or thermal car charging is not allowed (charging stations nearby),
- Parties not accepted.

- Electric underfloor heating set for your comfort
- Childcare equipment: A travel cot + mattress, high chair, stroller, many games and books for baby,
- Numerous board games available for young and old, many books.

✔️ Paid services:
- Bed linen rental: 15 euros per bed,
- Towel rental: 7 euros per person,
- Cleaning fee: 70 Euros,
These services must be booked before your arrival.
