Come discover this magnificent ground-floor apartment for 8 people in a new, quiet, and secure residence.
The apartment is ideally located just a few minutes from Disneyland Park, Vallée Village, and the Val d'Europe Shopping Center.

THE ACCOMMODATION
NOVA3 is located on the first floor of a new, secure residence. It can accommodate up to 8 people.

It includes:
- A living room (double sofa bed) + TV + NETFLIX
- A fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, dishes and silverware, kitchen utensils...)
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (2 people)
- Adjoining shower room (shower, sink, toilet)
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom (tub, sink, washer/dryer)
- Separate toilet

+ 2 adjoining private gardens to relax in after a day of shopping or a day at the park!

Also included at no extra charge:
- 2 parking spaces in the residence’s underground garage, with direct access via the elevator.
- Free Wi-Fi in the apartment
- Sheets and towels included for 8 people
- Baby equipment available on-site: travel crib and high chair

For the first few days, we provide basic essentials (sample-size shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, sponge, dish soap for hand-washing and dishwashers, trash bags, instant coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper). To restock these items, you can shop at the Auchan supermarket located just a few meters away in the Val d’Europe shopping center.
We do not provide coffee capsules, but you can also find them at the supermarket.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in the Serris town hall neighborhood, in a quiet setting yet close to amenities (enjoy the delicious croissants from Boulangerie l’Atelier and the dishes at the restaurant l’Interprète...).

You’ll appreciate its ideal location just 500 meters from one of the largest shopping centers in Seine-et-Marne, “Val d’Europe,” with its many stores, the SeaLife Aquarium, and the Auchan supermarket.
You’ll also find “La Vallée Village – Chic Shopping Outlet” there.

No car needed—everything is nearby!
- A4 Highway, exit “12.1 D 345: Marne-la-Vallée Val d’Europe, Montévrain, Regional Shopping Center”
- TGV: Marne-la-Vallée Chessy Disneyland (10 min by bus / 20 min on foot)
- RER A: Val d’Europe station (20 min on foot)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We are available to answer your questions before, during, and after your stay.

Check-in: Keys can be picked up at our office between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Outside these hours, as well as on Sundays and holidays, keys can be picked up from a safe at our office.
Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
