HEATING & COOLING

The Lakehaven features ducted heating and evaporative cooling in the living areas, kitchen/dining, and all four bedrooms. Ceiling fans are located in the living rooms, each bedroom, the kitchen/dining space, and the enclosed sunroom.

Framed by manicured front and rear gardens in a quiet residential pocket, The Lakehaven presents a balance of sophistication and ease. The residence opens to a wraparound veranda that captures tranquil lakefront views, providing a quiet and composed setting to unwind. Two distinct living areas provide connection and separation, allowing guests to gather or retreat as desired. The enclosed sunroom acts as a third living space, complete with an alfresco dining area, lounge, smart TV, and ceiling fan for relaxed entertaining across all seasons.



At the centre of the retreat, the kitchen and dining space is both functional and stylish, with soft natural light filtering through expansive windows. Each room carries a calm and curated aesthetic, designed to exude comfort and intentional style. The master bedroom features a private ensuite with a shower & toilet, and a spacious walk-in robe.

The Lakehaven balances tranquil lakeside living complete with walking paths and open green spaces with a convenient proximity to Lake Albert's shopping precinct, food establishments, and everyday essentials. The Lake Albert foreshore is moments away, with a boat ramp and playground 600m from the home. Satiate your hunger with a 12 minute walk to the Wagga Boat Club, home to the Crystal Chinese Restaurant and authentic Chinese cuisine (with a courtesy bus available on weekends).



The Blamey Tavern (3 min drive) is the perfect destination for your next family gathering with its family friendly dining and casual atmosphere. Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home for the duration of their stay, with the exception of the locked shed, a cupboard in the laundry, and the locked storage space in the downstairs garage area.

Other Things to Note:

Please note that the home features 10 external stairs to access the front door from the driveway, as well as 17 internal stairs from the garage up into the house. Therefore, the stairs may not be suitable for young children, although there is a door that can be closed to the stairs leading downstairs. 



Please note that the home is directly across from Lake Albert. Access is unrestricted. Please ensure that all children are supervised.



The charging of EV cars is not permitted as the electrical system is not equipped for this. If an electric bike or scooter is to be charged, it is not permitted to be charged inside the house or garage and must only be charged outside (BYO extension charging cord).



The watering system comes on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings at approximately 6pm.
