The space
The Agarwood is a thoughtfully styled 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on a high floor of a modern Melbourne CBD building, perfectly positioned in the heart of the city.

The open-plan living and dining area is flooded with natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows, with a comfortable lounge, marble-topped coffee tables, and a smart TV with Netflix included. Step onto the private balcony for uninterrupted views of the Melbourne skyline, spectacular day or night, and especially memorable at sunset.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, rangehood, microwave, dishwasher, full-size fridge, Nespresso machine, and generous storage, everything you need for a proper meal in. A breakfast bar with stools makes mornings easy.
