Where will I be?
Beach House on Johnson is located in Kiama Downs, a short walk from Jones Beach. Johnson Street is quiet, and a stroll down the road will bring you path just down the road leads directly onto the sand. Jones Beach is patrolled over the summer months, which means you can relax knowing there is an added layer of safety while you enjoy the surf! If you're looking to get active, Beach House on Johnson is a short stroll away from an 18-hole golf course with full club amenities. Just down the street there are local shops, cafes, and a local grocer, otherwise the vibrant Kiama town centre is a short drive away.

Beach House on Johnson is a contemporary, stylish home in an excellent location. The balcony is a lovely place to sit and watch the surf, or enjoy the view from the entire living space which windows to capture the view! The lounge room is ample living space, the kitchen is well supplied, and there is a fully fenced backyard where kids can play.
How is the property laid out?
Beach House on Johnson is a 2 storey property with internal stairs. The modern kitchen has everything you will need during your stay, including an oven, cooktop, dishwasher and microwave. There is a living area with a TV and ample seating room. The top storey has 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with combined bath and shower and a toilet. The third bedroom, located downstairs, has 3 single beds and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
The fenced-in backyard is spacious and private with an outdoor table where you can enjoy a meal outdoors. The front deck overlooks the beach and is the perfect place to relax and take in the view.

Beach House on Johnson has reverse cycle air conditioning and heating in the main living room, the master bedroom, and the queen room for year round comfort. In the summer, the house can also be opened up to catch the sea breeze.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets and doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is open air parking for up to 4 cars or a boat on the drive.
