This home was HUGE, which was a nice change from the tight quarters we had grown accustomed to on the rest of our Ireland adventure. It was a quick taxi ride to Dublin, great location to walk to restaurants and a grocery store. The host was very accommodating, flexible and communicative. I would highly recommend staying here!

A great stay in Dublin. In a quieter part of the city but still close enough to the downtown area. The accommodations worked out great for our group of 7. The host was responsive/friendly and left snacks for us that we appreciated.

We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect size for our family of 7 and in a great location. It was bright, clean and had everything we need for our vacation. The property manager was responsive and helpful.

The location of this property is amazing. Rathgar is a gem.The home was neat, organized, and had all the things we needed including plug converters, ice machine, shower, and stocked kitchen. This beautiful home has such potential, it just needs a little love. There are many touches that are overlooked and this home would shine with some paint, blinds, carpet, and new linens. The attached neighbor is going through a complete renovation so don't expect to sleep past 7 until it's completed. Overall, the home and visit were great and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Stayed at this locarion for just over a week. Communication before and during our stay was easy through the app. House was clean and furnished just the way we needed. Everything we needed was within a 10 minute walk of the property. Great place and will definitely try to book thia location again the next time we're in Dublin.

Gathering with friends & family

The place was spacious and was in a nice neighborhood. My family and friends enjoyed our time there and the host was really good with correspondence. Will definitely recommend this place to others!

This house was great. It looks like it is far from downtown, but it really is not. Also, it was nice to be in a neighborhood. My uncle and his wife walked from St. Patrick’s to the house and I took an inexpensive uber. Parking seems intimidating, but there is a 24 hour lot 1/2 mile away near the grocery store. Austin (the host) told us how to find it, and it was really easy to use and walk to. The house is huge, and had everything you could possibly need. I would recommend this house to anyone going to Dublin. So close to everything and far enough away to relax and decompress. If you have a chance, I highly recommend going to a premier league soccer game. I am now a Bohs fan for life.

Beautiful family home in wonderful location

We had a magical Christmas at this lovely home. Everything was excellent - warm & luxurious. Excellent location to explore Rathgar and Terrenure. Herzog playground was a hit! Hosts were very accommodating. We hope to stay again on our next trip to Ireland

Nice base of operations for our 6-day family stay in greater Dublin. Convenient bus access to the City. Residential area with easy walk to dining and shopping access in Rathgar and Rathmines.Unit is large and as-described. At least for us, second dining room on second floor was unnecessary and with small (for large group) living area adjacent - seems perhaps greater utility if this was converted to living/family area.Very much enjoyed our stay.

A perfect stay in Dublin

This home was a great place for our large family to gather as we began our trip in Ireland. Austin was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful when I had a couple of questions before arriving. We loved the safe neighborhood that this house was in and the fact that it was a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Dublin city center was a bonus. We were able to take a short walk to a neighborhood café and diner to enjoy dinner one night as well. The home was large and comfortable for our group and we enjoyed the welcome basket that was left for us when we arrived. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this home to others.

Gorgeous home, convenient location.

There were some quirks with the electricity, but Austin was very accommodating about explaining them and they were resolved quickly. He was quite helpful and responsive in general. The house itself is glorious: lovely back yard, convenient location, quiet neighborhood, and wonderful kitchen. We were able to make a fantastic dinner with the cutlery and dishes and other tools available. The master bath is incredible. Loved it.

Rathgar Rowhouse

This property was in a good location and had a nice kitchen. The bathrooms were clean. However it needs some work. The hallways need painting, multiple lampshades were broken, curtains were pulled off the hooks in the master bedroom, baseboards in the living room hadn't been dusted in a long time, lighting was poor in one of the bedrooms. The house has a lot of potential and just needs some simple improvements.

Perfect home in Dublin, for a large group/family!

Seven of us stayed in this charming home, and all of us absolutely loved it! Spacious, clean, well appointed, and wonderfully decorated, it was a perfect base camp for our 10 day Irish adventure. A quick walk down the street, gets you to several bus lines that head directly (15-20 mins) into downtown Dublin (Dame Ave./Temple Bar). There were also ample local options for pubs, restaurants, grocery, etc. We did some driving, and access to M50 (Dublin highway ring) was very simple and quick. It was so nice to stay in a home that felt like "home" after a long day sightseeing. Austin was a perfect host; responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We would recommend this home/host to any family group looking for a great home in a great area!

Great location

This property is at a wonderful location. Easy to walk to public transit, numerous restaurants, and grocery stores. It has ample space, kitchen area is great for relaxing after long day of touring! We did not realize by listing how many flights of stairs there were. Might have changed our mind as our mom is older. Washer and dryer as well as hair dryers worked great. 1st floor: kitchen, dining and full bathroom (tub to step into shower, concern for older guest) 2nd: full bedroom, living room, dining3rd: full bedroom 4th: 2 kind bedrooms (1 with ensuite walkin shower) 5th: full bathroom (walk in shower) Overall cleanliness was disapponting. We had to vacuum upon arrival as floor was very dirty as well as wipe down most of kitchen. Food was still stuck in ovens so we ended up not using. And cover over microwave has broken hinge so it falls when truing to use. When we asked for a few extra sheets and towels, we were told they were not available. Appreciative of Austin making checkin a breeze and provinding answers to many questions begore arrival.

Perfect home and place to gather

This home is gorgeous. The owner and property manager do an excellent job of welcoming the guests by providing multiple keys, a clipboard of information and recommendations, a basket of goodies and treats as well as a full bowl of fruits for our family to enjoy during the stay. Each room was clean and uniquely decorated, with two very spacious rooms if you need a baby’s cot or rollaway bed. The showers all had hot water and we felt so comfortable and luxurious. The host was very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you for being so kind and welcoming!

Great Spot for Groups

We stayed at this property with a group of 8 for a family trip. We loved having the space for everyone to sleep comfortably and still be together. Austin is an amazing host and the communication was excellent. The house is well appointed and many amenities were provided. We choose to mainly use taxis to get around but it was close to buses as well. Close to food and grocery stores. It is a very safe a walkable area just outside of the hustle and bustle.

Lovely house in great location

We stayed here for a family holiday. The house is large and comfortable and in a handy location. It is less than five mins to buses into town and also a short walk from the shops and restaurants of Rathgar. I’d particularly recommend Revolution pizza and Bijou bistro although booking for both recommended! We would hope to stay here again as we visit family in Dublin quite often. Host was responsive and helpful too when we had any questions.
