This rental is a 1900 sq ft 2 Bedroom (1 King & 1 King or 2 Queens), Living Room (2 sofa beds), Full Kitchen with seating, 2 Baths with jacuzzi tub, large Terrace with outdoor furniture & your own personal plunge pool in the Grand Mayan at Nuevo Vallarta. There are tv’s in every room, a safe in each bedroom, free wi-fi service (with our membership), & a kitchen that has what you need for cooking- it is fully stocked! Maid service is twice a day, with a complimentary turn down service along with sweet chocolates for a great nights sleep! Complimentary coffee/tea each morning along with concierge service, and 24-hour room service.

With our membership, you will receive free transportation from the airport in Puerto Vallarta which takes about 15 minutes. If you are renting a vehicle and driving, parking is available for a small fee. Upon arrival you will be greeted by an employee who will store your luggage in a locked cart and deliver it to your room free of charge. You will be taken via shuttle to the Grand Mayan where you will check in to complete paperwork, give your credit card imprint for charges you make during your stay(no cash is needed to pay for anything on the resort), & receive your wristband with coded door key on it. You will be responsible for room taxes & fees upon your departure & return airport transportation. Check in is at 5 pm & Check out is at 10 am.

Throughout the resort free shuttle service is available to take you to La Plaza for shopping (souvenirs, groceries, liquor), the golf course, and over 39 restaurants and bars. If you prefer to use the kitchen you can also take a cab (~$7) in town to Bucieras or Wal-Mart to purchase anything you need for the week (& save money!). *if you are cooking/using dishes make sure to get dish soap to wash your dishes!

There are 3 amazing golf courses on site! With this rental you get our special discounted rates. The Nayar course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, is only $44/person (greens fee, cart, & driving range; taxes extra). It is 6,668 yards from the tees and par 70. You may choose to play at night for only $39/person on the Lakes Par 3 course offering 10 holes hitting over water or choose the Premier Greg Norman course for $66/person! This championship course is 6,834 yards from the tees and par 73. Don’t forget your caddy tip!

Brio Spa has a full range of spa services available onsite with two for one massage rates with this rental. Free use of sauna, hot tubs, and steam rooms.

Fully equipped gyms and tennis courts!

There are many pools available for you and the kids! At this resort, there is a Lazy River, a Kids Club (ages 5-12, addl fee), wave pool, Mayan water slide, pool bars, & free towels to use on your personal lounge chairs. Waiters are ready to take your poolside order!

The beach is a beautiful, short walk from the Grand Mayan. There are activities including volleyball, beach soccer, horseshoes, paddle board, jet ski rentals, parasailing (addl fee), along with a beach bar, and lounge chairs under tiki huts for sunning and relaxing. The Sea Turtle release program is astounding!

The resort has over 9 miles of walking paths with gorgeous foliage through flower gardens and around the pools! Gyms are available along with lots of entertainment for all ages. It is a closed resort-only approved guests & employees may enter the grounds. Extremely safe!

Must have 24 hours for us to make the reservations at the resort. 7 nights minimum, Friday-Friday, Saturday-Saturday, Sunday-Sunday; Not available during Christmas, New Years, or Holy Week/Easter. OWNER LETTER AND RESORT RENTAL FORM REQUIRED FOR CHECK-IN! Do not Forget!

Any damage to the rooms or resort is solely your responsibility as a renter.

Cancellation policy- we suggest obtaining Travel Insurance to protect you in the case you or someone in your party becomes ill or you need to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable.
