As you enter the home, you are welcomed by a foyer-style entrance that opens into the downstairs entertaining and living areas. The first stop is the front entertaining room, bar area, and comfortable seating. The perfect space for afternoon fun, evening drinks, or family competitions.

Further through the home, you’ll find the spacious kitchen, dining, and dual living areas, all overlooking the peaceful water canals. Designed with families and larger groups in mind, the two separate living spaces each feature plush lounges and Smart TVs, allowing both adults and children to enjoy their own entertainment and relaxation.

The jetty also features table and sink for cleaning your catch after a successful day fishing.
