The House of Gratitude

The house which is built in a 3 acres land and 350m away from the sea, is divided in 3 floors and comprises of two independent apartments (with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room with fireplaces and big verandas with beautiful view of the sea and the garden that can host up to 6 persons each) and an independent guest room which comprises of a bedroom, bathroom, private garage and a small porch ideal for breakfast and afternoon drinks.

The garden has specially designed areas for relaxation, isolation or meditation and a big pool (width: 7.5m / length: 15m / depth 2.6m) ideal for the days that the guests prefer to avoid the crowded beaches of the surrounding area. In case of families with children Leona’s playground and Irina’s treehouse await our young guests for some extra fun.

Finally, on the upper side of the property there is a covered garage area for 4 cars (free of charge) for our guests’ sole use. The House of Gratitude can be booked as a whole or per floor separately.
