This gorgeous country-style property is nestled in a lush green setting on the shores of the majestic Lac-des-îles in the Upper Laurentians. The house overlooks a peaceful bay and offers breathtaking views, in every season, of the lake and “Ile Major”. 
The brick house sits on a large property with mature trees.With a warm, rustic style, this light-filled house features a large, fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, as well as a full bathroom with laundry room on the ground floor. A large terrace provides an outdoor space with a kitchen and BBQ, as well as all the furniture needed to enjoy “al fresco” dining during the warmer months.

Upstairs, there are a full bathroom and three bedrooms, one having an desk, opening on large balcony furnished with comfortable chairs and a large- umbrella. On the garden level floor, you will find a large bedroom, a family room with a comfortable sectional sofa and a TV, a wood-burning fireplace, and a full bathroom. An outdoor area is also set up on the garden level.
This country retreat is perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends (max: 7 + 1).

Throughout the seasons, this property offers ever-changing views. Overlooking the lake with its breathtaking panoramas, it is surrounded in summer by lush greenery where nature displays itself in all its splendor. When winter sets in, the landscape transforms into a scene of beauty and light, where the lake and surrounding forests create a setting of rare serenity. A special place where each season reveals its own magic and invites you to slow down and fully savor the beauty of the moment.

A private waterfront access, featuring a small beach and a wooden dock, is perfect for swimming and fishing. Two (2) kayaks are available. The property’s size makes it ideal for walking and exploring the surrounding area, its flora, and fauna. The public trail running along the edge of the property also offers beautiful walking paths. Small outdoor campfires are permitted.

In winter, walking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing are possible on the frozen lake (subject to ice conditions). A beautiful outdoor skating rink is located in the village, a 5-minute drive away. Nothing beats the joy of returning to the cozy warmth of the fireplace after a day spent enjoying the pleasures of winter, with cheeks flushed from the cold and a heart full of memories.

Card games, board games, and a selection of books are available for visitors. Piano and guitar available for musicians.
