Great house, nice location, but not as private as we would have liked. There were houses on both sides and across the creek, but thankfully they weren’t occupied for our whole stay. The neighbors were nice, we loved the outdoor space and enjoyed fishing in the creek. The location was great, close to the fly fishing spots on our list and close enough to town if you wanted to go for food or drinks.

Wonderful quick get-away with my wife. The house (cabin) is newer construction and was done with quality and great taste. With cool weather coming the porch & view will be very popular. This is only a minor point, as I suspect most people eat out, but the kitchen is somewhat sparse in terms of cooking utensils. Chose not to fish but the river looked tempting!

The home is beautiful. It strikes the right balance of modern yet somewhat rustic. Some of the interior walls are made from what looks like old shed tin. There are barn doors on several rooms. The kitchen had everything we needed and we appreciated the extra touches like shampoo, soap, dish liquid and tabs, laundry detergent, etc. The bed was super comfortable. We loved the balcony off the upper bedroom! Everything was in excellent condition and spotless, even the outdoor living area. We can’t wait to come back!

The cabin was very nice and the creek was beautiful. It was quiet, and we saw lots of deer. The guys enjoyed fishing the creek as they caught many.

This cabin is beautiful inside and out. The river that runs next to the cabin was soothing and relaxing to hear. The side porch is protected from sun and rain and quite a wonderful place to be. The kitchen was filled with all the nice dishes and glassware and pans of various sizes. The furniture was slightly different from what you see in the pictures but very nice and comfortable to relax in. If you are a senior the stairs are a little tall...but the master bedroom and bathroom at the top is well worth the effort. Communication with the property company was easy and quickly responsive. There was wildlife daily especially a family of deer who came through the property several times during the day.What I did not expect was the properties around us on the river had friendly renters whose children played in the river making for great entertainment. A ride through the woods on well maintained grated roads had you intown within 15 minutes. If you like the feeling of deep woods but still need easy access to town..you will love this property. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Cabin was clean and comfortable. It's right next to Fightingtown Creek, so whether you just want to enjoy the sound of the flowing water or like to fly fish, the location is excellent. The entrance might bother some since it's very steep with loose gravel, but if you know how to drive, it's manageable.

Great House and Creek

The house was great for a small family or 2 couples. The creek was awesome and the kids really enjoyed it. The local neighborhood dog Lilly was a nice treat when she visited.

Highly recommend. The views and the river behind the property are breathtaking. Its very clean and has everything you need and the beds are superb 👌. Secluded yet its only 15-20 minutes from everything. I will definitely book again! Five stars!

Mountain retreat

Beautiful cabin

We had a most beautiful stay in the cabin. We did have trouble getting out of the driveway a couple of times. Definitely need 4Wheel drive to leave out of the driveway.
