🏠 House Rules

-Strictly NO party allowed inside this apartment

-No loud noise between 10 PM and 7 AM. Excessive noise or complaints may result in immediate eviction without refund.

- Small pets allowed. Any stain or marks left by the pets will be charged.

- Guests are responsible for any damage, repairs, or replacements

- Do not move furniture.

- Use appliances safely; turn off the stove after use.

- Park only in designated spots; do not block others.

- Report any damage or issues immediately.

💵 Fees

- Noise complaints or police call-outs: $200

- Illegal activity: $500 + police report

- Parties or events: $350

- Smoking in the apartment: $200

- Excessive cleaning: $150

- Lost keys: $250

- Lost parking card: $150

- Call-out fee for keys: $150 (before midnight), $200–$300 (after midnight)

- Late check-out after 11 AM / early check-in before 2 PM: $60 p/h

- Guests are liable for any property damage or item replacements at retail price.

Long Stays:
For booking of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is available. you can choose to receive a Refresh & Restock and Full clean for $250.
