The space LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The Aspens is one of the true ski-in/out properties that Whistler has to offer. Located just 500m from the new and improved Blackcomb gondola, guests that ski, hike, or bike will enjoy convenience at their fingertips. Situated just above the Upper Village, very close to some great restaurants, hotels, grocery stores, liquor stores, etc.- you can grab your groceries at the Upper Village Market and make a great meal in your full kitchen OR try out some of Whistler`s best baking at Portobello while sipping a coffee fireside. In the summer, our guests with children can take advantage of The Family Adventure Zone located just steps away. Enjoy rounds of mini-golf, bouncy castles, face-paint, and bungee trampolines!
THE SPACE This beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated condo has 2 bedrooms. A spacious primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed and three-piece bathroom (with bathtub!). The second bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed- perfect for a small family. Enjoy a walk-in shower in bathroom number two. Guests can enjoy plush linens and towels for their stay as well as complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. In the entrance, there is a brand new built-in boot and glove dryer. There is nothing nicer than warm dry boots and gloves every ski day.
The second bedroom has an A/C unit for the hot summer days.
KITCHEN Equipped with a FULL kitchen: Oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave fridge/freezer, and some common small appliances, as well as sugar, common spices and cooking oil- the chef in your group, will be ecstatic! Eat a big breakfast at the kitchen bar stools or on the dining table before a big day on the mountain.
HOT TUB AND POOL Open Year Round, the large outdoor heated pool will be a hit for the family as well as the three common area hot tubs! Relax poolside in all seasons and take advantage of the common patio area.
LAUNDRY There is a coin-operated laundry in the building for a small fee
PARKING Secure Underground Parking is available ( $26 per 24 hours). FREE street parking on Spearhead Dr. for the months of April - October 31.
EXERCISE ROOM There is an exercise room located in the building for those of you that like to keep fit on vacation.
SKI RENTAL & EQUIPMENT STORAGE Guests can travel with ultimate convenience by ordering their ski rental online. Nestaide Management will provide guests with the URL upon booking. Guests can select to pick up their equipment right inside the Aspens Lodge at WB Rentals on the check-in date. Skis are stored onsite at the Aspens Lodge by valet service. Bikes are stored in the parkade for easy access each day.
Guest access Guests will have access to the entire unit including the common areas of the Aspens: The outdoor pool and hot tubs, BBQ area, exercise room, parking garage, and coin-operated laundry facilities.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The maximum occupancy for this unit is 5 adults.
Any stay over 14 nights will result in a mandatory mid stay cleaning fee of $157.50 charged to the guest on top of the cleaning fee paid on reservation.
There is a noise monitoring device plugged into an outlet at this property. This device records decibel levels ONLY, it does not have any other recording capability. The device is called a `Noiseaware`. It is plugged into a populated area (for example: in the main living room). Please do not unplug this device.
This entire property is NON SMOKING.
We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what`s supplied.
If amenities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, or ski-in/ski-out access aren`t available during your stay due to circumstances beyond our control (such as but not limited to repair, maintenance and weather conditions), we cannot be held responsible.

Great Mountain Weekend
The Aspens is a superb place to stay admidst the beauty and fun of Whistler. A bit removed from the main village so it’s nice and quiet, but only a short and pleasant stroll away from everything. Pool and spa were great as well.

This condo was modern and cozy, right on Blackcomb as expected with easy ski in ski out access. The ski check at the condo complex is very convenient and it’s nice to have the pool and hot tub with easy access. The owners were very easy to communicate with and checked in often. The unit was nicely decorated and the beds were comfy. We enjoyed our stay here!

Great summer stay!
Great stay! Beautiful small apartment, clean and close to the village! Enjoyed our stay as a family and felt safe/comfortable. Communication with the property was easy and convenient. The pool was fun for the kids I’m the afternoons and the facility was clean and easy to navigate.

Perfect Ski Weekend
The room was clean and well stocked with appliances. The three bed setup made sleeping arrangements much easier for our family of 5. Being right next to the slope and the Blackcomb base was great, and made for true ski-on-ski-off. The parking garage wasn't exactly cheap, but its to be expected. We would definitely stay here again.
