Enjoy a unique countryside getaway in our Family Pod at Flat Hills Café & Tourist Park, nestled in the scenic Rangitīkei region and conveniently located just off State Highway 1.
Designed with families and small groups in mind, this comfortable pod sleeps up to 4 guests and offers a relaxing base for exploring the central North Island. Surrounded by farmland and open spaces, it's the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and enjoy a genuine rural New Zealand experience.
Inside you'll find:
• Queen loft bed
• Two single beds
• Bar fridge
• Tea and coffee making facilities
• Heater for cooler evenings
• Fan for warmer days
• Umbrella provided for rainy weather
• Linen and towels provided
Please note that the pod is not self-contained. Guests have access to our communal kitchen, lounge, bathrooms, and shower facilities, all located a short outdoor walk away. An umbrella is provided for your convenience during wet weather.
Guests are welcome to enjoy all the attractions that make Flat Hills a favourite stop for travellers and families. Meet our friendly farm animals, enjoy a meal or coffee in the café, challenge the family in the giant maze, or let the kids burn off energy in the playgrounds. With plenty of room to roam and beautiful rural surroundings, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
