Note* Sofa bed dimensions are 190cm W x 140cm D which a little bit bigger than a double bed. However, it can feel tight for 2 people. I wouldn't suggest long stays with two people sleeping on the sofa bed. Sofa bed linens need to be requested. There are linens

Parking:

Please note there is no dedicated parking available at the property.

There are several paid parking options nearby, including St Margaret’s Car Park on Bourke Street, St Vincent’s Hospital Car Park on Victoria Street, and Wilson Parking at 70 Riley Street.

Street parking may also be available in the surrounding area, however it is limited and subject to City of Sydney parking restrictions, meters, permit zones and time limits. Please check all street signs carefully before parking.

For convenience, we recommend guests use a nearby paid car park or pre-book parking where possible.

I regularly use a parking app called Divvy which has various pricing and locations around sydney that are cheaper than commercial parking.

Your safety and well-being are of utmost importance to us. We employ a thorough and extensive cleaning process after each check-out to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.

**** Please Note: There is a Ring camera at the front door that monitors access into and out of the property. This is for the safety of our guests and the property.

We have installed a noise detector within the apartment that monitors noise levels. This device does not record sound; it detects certain frequencies to ensure noise is kept at a reasonable level.
