Booking Information:

Maximum occupancy is 12 guests, including adults and children. The property is equipped and provisioned for a maximum of 12 people. Additional overnight guests are not permitted, including guests sleeping in tents, swags, caravans or other temporary accommodation on the property.

For maximum comfort, we recommend no more than 10 adults, with the upper bunks best suited to children or teenagers.

A 2-night minimum stay applies for most of the year.

Peak periods have longer minimum stays:
Christmas & New Year (20 December – 1 January): 5-night minimum
Easter Long Weekend: 3-night minimum

Ideal for families and respectful groups.
Strictly no parties or events.
No smoking inside the home.

Dog-Friendly

We welcome one well-behaved dog with prior approval.

To help keep the home enjoyable for all guests, we ask that you follow these simple conditions:

Maximum of one dog per booking.
Your dog must be house-trained, well-behaved and under your control at all times.
While the yard is fully fenced, your dog is welcome inside, but must not be on beds or furniture.
At night, dogs can sleep in the laundry, where there is room for their own bed or crate.
Please pick up after your dog and dispose of waste appropriately.
Dogs should not be left unattended inside the home for extended periods.
Please bring your own bedding, bowls and towels.
Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused by their dog.
