Family chalet n°131 of 35 m2 with veranda of 16 m2. Private fenced land of 200 m2. The rental is well equipped: Washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, mini oven, Television, an iron and a table, barbecue, 2 bedrooms (1 master bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be twinned), a main room with equipped kitchen, 1 room to store your belongings, the bathroom has a shower with double sink, separate toilet.
Garden furniture, 2 deckchairs, 2 adult bikes, 2 children's bikes (8-10 years old) and 2 children's scooters are at your disposal.
As well as board games, books and outdoor games for children.
Any little one will find: cot, high chair.
You have an 8 m2 shed.


The chalet is located in a residential leisure park "Fort Samson" totally enclosed and secure. You will find a heated and covered swimming pool (open from April to October), wading pool, playground for the little ones, ping-pong table and petanque court.

The PRL is a 5-minute walk from the town centre of Grandcamp-Maisy and reaches the beach by a coastal path.
You will find a charming fishing and marina port, its daily fish market, its restaurants, carrefour market and small shops.
Dogs are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are not provided.
Many activities nearby: fine sandy beach, fishing on foot, hiking, sailing club...
Historical sites to visit: D-Day landing beach, military cemeteries, museums, marsh park, Mont-Saint-Michel 1h30 away...
The location of the chalet is ideal for discovering the Lower Normandy coast.
