The open-plan living and dining area flows into a modern kitchen with stone benchtops, dishwasher, and walk-in pantry. Step out to the covered alfresco, perfect whatever the weather. You'll have fast WiFi, a smart TV, ducted heating, and a full internal laundry (washer and dryer) for longer stays. Fresh linens and towels are provided.

Guest access:
You'll have the entire home to yourselves, with no shared spaces and no host on site. Self check-in is via a lockbox, so you can arrive on your own schedule. Please note the garage isn't available for guest use, but there's off-street parking on the driveway plus street parking out front.

Other things to note:
This home has external security cameras only (no indoor cameras). They monitor the front entry, driveway, side gate/access, and the backyard/alfresco area, and never capture any indoor space.
The home is brand new and furnished, so please treat it with care so future guests can enjoy it too. No pets, and strictly no smoking anywhere on the property. As this is a quiet, family-friendly street, please keep noise respectful, especially after 10pm.
